Part of our Winter Wellness Series. This gentle yoga 60-minute yoga class is designed to boost immunity by calming the nervous system and reducing stress hormones that compromise the immune system. We will practice posed to stimulate the lymphatic system and bring blood flood to vital organs.

Class also includes immune boosting tea with natural clover honey and vitamin C booster.

Two dates: November 29 OR December 20 with option to attend in-studio or at-home virtually
