DALLAS DANCE FITNESS CLASSES

Every class is a dance party. Combine fun dance moves with a heart-pumping cardio workout. Tighten and tone while shimmying and shaking to a hit playlist. Grab a friend, and let’s have fun and be fit!

Every Dance Cardio class includes:

- 60-minute class guided by dance fitness instructors

- Warm up, cardio practice, cool down and stretching

- Cup of cold tea at the end of practice

- Use of the Loft Library
