CLASS + EVENT CANCELLATION POLICIES

As a small business your support means everything. In an effort to continue to provide our clients with the best service, and keep classes running smoothly - we have added updates and would like to reiterate existing policies for all guests. 

All policies are effective immediately as of 1/15/2025: 

- For classes: Late cancellations (4 hours or closer) to the start of class and no-shows will incur a non-refundable $10 fee, with no exceptions. If you are running late, please check in with the instructor post-class. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable no-show fee. 

- For events (including monthly sound baths): Cancellation prior to 72 hours from the start of a class or event may be eligible for a credit for a future booking, which is applied to your Momence account at the time of cancellation.

Cancellations within 72 hours of an event are not eligible for a credit or refund. Late cancellation or no-show by a member will incur a non-refundable charge for the full event fee. This applies to all monthly events, socials, sound bath events, retreats and workshops. 

- Class credits: If a class or event is cancelled or postponed, and a credit is issued. Credits expire 45 days from date of issue. No extensions will be permitted. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, changes to your reservation can be made through the Momence app (download via your phone's App Store) or via the web-based Momence platform accessible on our website. 

All sales are final and no refunds are issued on class or event cancellations, no-shows or reschedules.

Due to the timeliness and volume of change requests, our staff is unable to accommodate class cancelation or reschedule requests submitted via email, text or DM.
