Kaleigh Cobb (@kalesyeah) is a full-time Business Consultant for Ernst & Young (EY), as well as a full-time fitness and wellness enthusiast! After years of struggling with restrictive diets and giving into fitness fads, she has found a fun and sustainable approach to overall wellness - physically, mentally, relationally, and emotionally! Her mission to uplift others and share that taking care of yourself can be fun and it is always worth it!
