Whether you have or have not danced before, we believe everyone can benefit from dance classes such as ballet, movement, modern, hip hop and more. The Movement Loft provides high-quality dance classes in an adult studio setting. No experience required.
Quiet your heart-mind and strengthen your body with our all-levels yoga classes. Condition your body through traditional yoga asana (poses) and deep breathing. All classes can be modified for various levels of experience. Yoga is an excellent practice with benefits for the mind, body and soul.
Release stress, tension and tightness in both the body and the mind. During a sound bath meditation the practitioner will guide you into a deeply relaxed state through the use of crystal bowls and other instruments.
