What is Manifestation? Can I make something I want happen?
We hear the term “manifestation” regularly. Simply put, manifesting, is seeing what you desire or need coming to fruition. Typically we think of manifestation as a positive thing - a culmination of all of the good efforts we’ve put toward something coming to a good end.
How do you manifest something you want?
This is a tricky question, as manifesting is not a magical occurrence that happens because you want it to be that way. There are a million ways to get to your end goal and see your desires met. But like anything, what you “manifest” is often a number of factors aligning to finally give way to something great.
Think of manifestation as the meeting point of preparation, hard work, right timing, focus, dedication, mindset, motivation, intentionality, trials and tribulations, perseverance and discovery. There is work behind manifesting what you want. Showing up right of mind, dedicated and planned.
How can I set myself up to manifest?
It starts with the mind. What impacts your outputs are exactly what you put in. Take an assessment of what you’ve cultivated for yourself so far.
Look at the habits, routines and patterns that you hold for yourself. This is an honest and realistic look. Taking off the blinders, justifications or mistruths we tell ourselves - and being able to objectively look at what we’re doing, what works and what doesn’t.
