Join us for a ceremonial sound bath meditation to set fresh intentions for the new year. Spaces are limited.

This intention-based sound bath that centers on the act of letting go of what no longer serves and then welcoming in fresh purpose-driven intentions. Setting ourselves up for a successful and purposefully designed new year.

During our intention ceremony we will write and release what we no longer wish to carry into the new year, followed by a ceremonial candle lighting and intention-setting. Take home your intention candle
