You are invited for a ceremonial sound bath meditation in celebration of the September Harvest Full Moon. 

This month’s Full Moon Sound Bath centers on the themes of ABUNDANCE.

This ritual sound bath is dedicated to celebrating our own abundance in life, taking stock of what there is to be grateful for and releasing that which no longer serves. During our session we will meditate on how we align with our true, authentic selves, and embrace the parts that make us who we are.

Relax and open your heart and mind during a soothing sound bath meditation. Includes 60-min sound bath, resetting ritual and pink herbal tea. Bring a yoga mat, blanket/pillow for comfort, and wear comfortable breathable clothing. All guests are invited to wear light/tan/white colors.
