Join us for a mindful movement meditation and grounding sound bath in honor of the Spring Equinox. Our focus is on release and replenishing ourselves as we shift seasons.
We begin our morning with meditative movement that explores elements of centering, grounding, stretch, dance and improv.
As we move lower and finally find stillness, we close our ceremony with a guided sound bath designed to relax the body and mind.
At the close of our sound meditation we set new intentions for our new season, writing our intentions on plantable wildflower seed paper.
We close our day with refreshing mocktails, (optional) journaling and community conversation circle.
