This Women's Health Series is designed to give you the tools, information and support system for powering your health for the better. Led by Dawn Fabritz. 

This 75-minute event will give you an overview of holistic nutrition principles and help you develop an understanding the mind-body connection in health. You will learn:

- Importance of whole foods and nutrient-dense eating

- Exploring different dietary approaches (e.g., plant-based, Mediterranean)

- Tips for incorporating holistic nutrition into daily life. Navigating Food Labels and Meal Planning

- How to read and understand food labels

- Identifying common additives and preservatives

- Making informed choices when grocery shopping

- Meal planning strategies for balanced nutrition

- Creating personalized meal plans based on individual needs 

Each session, you'll dive into women's health topics like nutrition, physical health and more that will help empower you to feel better - for the long term. Plus you'll be able to join other women in dialogue around women's health topics, seek support from a nutritionist, and learn new ways to stay healthy.
